Frozen.

The colder it gets, the more beautiful I get woken up in the mornings.

One Cold Winter.

So, we all thought we'd get along with no winter this year... Didn't work out. Take a heart a and >>donate a Euro or more<< - now more than ever.

Morning Glory.

Last night it finally snowed in Berlin. When I went out late, the air was glittering and shimmering. This morning, sunrays woke me up, reflecting on the white surface. I feel sick since a few days and my feet are cold, but this gave me a happy smile.

A real winter.

I'm not a fan of freezing cold, but this winter's weather is seriously depressing me.

This is how it's supposed to be (taken in January 2011 at home):

Life is not a subway station.

While researching today I stumbled upon this project and think it's worth sharing:

The magazine Straßenfeger, the platform Doonited and the advertising agency DOJO initiated the project "One Warm Winter".

It's a fun, easy and cheap way to do good with just a few clicks and an instant effect: Go to >>onewarmwinter.org<<, click help and add up to the budget for a warm winter jacket to be given to a homeless person in Berlin.

Do!

Edit: If you have a warm jacket to spare, you can also drop it at Café Bankrott at Prenzlauer Allee 87 in Berlin instead.

2012 and me are warming up now. Tons of opportunities right there, but nothing's sure yet. Let's see.

A question of honor.

Today I shared a >>photo<< I took last August during a thunderstorm on >>facebook<< and a "lovely" young man insisted it wasn't mine and that I had stolen it from who-knows-who. It was quite easy to prove him wrong but I'm still angry and shocked he even contemplated (or probably just played a mad joke on me). Considering he only seemed to have fake friends, it was probably a fake profile in the end, but things like this can push your blood pressure up to an uncomfortable level.

Let's never give reasons to question again, let's always credit and never steal. I have found so many of my photos untagged, uncredited, unmentioned and usually people don't even get the point when I complain about it. Whenever I use someone else's photo, I give notice if possible and always credit their name or source.

Please do the same. It's as easy as this:

A good slide *sik*.

Have a great New Year's eve everyone. I'm preparing a nostalgic look back on 2011 to be posted within the first days of 2012. Good night and good luck.

Merry Christmas.

I'm done.

I gave myself a little break from computers (except iPhones) and cameras.

Bare with me for updates. It's just that time of the year again.
